Shabbat Services
At Temple Kol Tikvah, we strive to create a warm and inclusive environment for all. In our egalitarian services, women and men have equal opportunity to pray and to lead worship, and our worship language is gender-sensitive. We encourage creative ritual by both our clergy and members, and we are especially proud of the unique and personalized Bar/Bat Mitzvah services our families create. Our services blend traditional prayers in Hebrew and English with modern readings and a mix of classic and contemporary songs, fostering an engaging experience for adults and children alike. This combination of Reform practice and cherished tradition creates the special atmosphere at TKT.
Shabbat services are held on Friday evenings throughout the year. We typically do not have Saturday morning services unless there is a B'nei Mitzvah. Family services, designed to encourage participation by younger members and their families, are held monthly.
